About
Dr. Madison Chumbler is a 2025 graduate of the orthodontic residency program at Saint Louis University. Prior to residency, she completed both her undergraduate and dental education at the University of Louisville. Dr. Madison is thrilled to return home to Louisville and bring the latest orthodontic knowledge and techniques to the patients of Jennings Orthodontics.
Outside the office, Dr. Madison enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Barkley and Louie. A lifelong animal lover, she has a soft spot for four-legged friends and loves hearing about patients’ furry companions. When she’s not cuddled up with her pups watching reality TV, she enjoys exploring new restaurants (and longtime favorites), reading fantasy, mystery, or romance novels, and walking through Louisville’s beautiful neighborhoods.
A summa cum laude graduate of dental school and valedictorian of her orthodontic residency class, Dr. Madison places a strong emphasis on education and continued involvement with academic institutions and professional organizations. Growing up, her mother often reminded her to “always do your best work,” a guiding principle she carries into her work as an orthodontist. Most importantly, she values building trust and meaningful relationships with her patients and their families, believing that human connection is at the heart of excellent orthodontic care.
Education
Dr. Madison’s journey into orthodontics began in Kentucky, where she completed both her undergraduate studies and dental education at the University of Louisville. She graduated from dental school summa cum laude, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.
Following dental school, Dr. Madison was accepted into the orthodontic residency program at Saint Louis University’s Center for Advanced Dental Education, where she completed her specialty training in orthodontics in 2025. During her residency, she distinguished herself as valedictorian of her class.
Through her education and advanced training, Dr. Madison developed a strong emphasis on evidence-based orthodontic care, continued learning, and staying current with the latest techniques and technologies. She is passionate about combining clinical excellence with meaningful patient relationships, believing that trust and human connection are central to exceptional orthodontic care.
